Peacefully in hospital on 10th January aged 51 year, Beverley.
Friends please meet for service at Saltwell Crematorium on Wednesday 18th January at 2.30pm.
The family kindly invite everyone to join them after the service at The Cannon, Low Fell, where refreshments will be served.
